Executive Vice President of Clinical Services

Vickie C Wade is a dedicated employee with more than 30 years tenure. Vickie has held many positions which include: Nurse Coordinator, Clinic Administrator, and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner providing direct patient care to females in an ambulatory care setting. Vickie was instrumental in establishing agency programs including, family planning, prenatal programs, and preceptorships for healthcare professionals.

Dr. Jacqueline Harvey, M.D.

Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Jacqueline Harvey obtained her MD Degree from the Saint Louis University School of Medicine in St. Louis in 1986, where her clinical focus was pediatric medicine. She served her residency in pediatrics at the Cardinal Glennon Children's Hospital from 1987 – 1989, and completed her internship at the University of Kansas Medical Center from 1986 – 1987. Dr. Harvey has been board-certified in Pediatrics since 1992, by the General Pediatric Board. She joined Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health centers in 1989, and has given us invaluable service in the areas of Pediatrics.

Tyler Mork, DO

Tyler Mork graduated from Truman State University in Kirksville, MO and then attended medical school at Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He graduated in 2007 and completed his training in Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago – Evanston residency program where he served an extra year as a Chief Resident. Dr. Adolphus Favors attended medical school at the University of Washington in Seattle and completed his internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Emory-Grady Affiliated Hospitals in Atlanta. He completed subspecialty training in Medical Oncology at the University of Texas in Houston. Dr. Favors was board-certified in Internal Medicine in 1976. Laurel Fendrich, MD

Dr. Fendrich, a native of Arkansas, attained her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, OK in 2005. She spent her summers at a Medical Mission Hospital in Ghana, Africa. Dr. Fendrich went on to pursue her medical degree at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences which she completed in 2009. She had the privilege of working in Maharashtra, India and graduated from residency in 2013 from The Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Women’s Health at Saint Louis University. She eagerly joined Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Center shortly after graduating. Her professional interests include preventative health care, pregnancy care, managing abnormal uterine bleeding, minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, and menopause care.

She is interested in every aspect of Women’s Health, but has a special interest in adolescent gynecology and preventative health care.
